Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY: Subscriptions ship the month following your order. 

RETURNS: We do not offer returns on subscription boxes. However, you can manage your subscription at any time within the customer portal. SKIP or CANCEL options are accessible to you at any time. For non-subscription items, our return policy lasts 14 days from date of shipping. If you are purchasing internationally, our return policy lasts 14 days from the date your package clears your countries customs. After 14 days, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In the event items arrived damaged, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund if the item is out of stock.
