Go to Account < Manage Subscriptions < Billing Information and select Card on File.
Select "forgot your password?" from the login page to reset your password.
If you are still unable to access your account, you may have missed our account activation email upon subscribing. If you are unable to locate the email, you may send us an account activation email request via our Contact page.
Go to Account < Manage Subscriptions < Addresses and select your address.
Please note that you must update address information prior to your renewal. Addresses updated after your renewal date will be applied to your next renewal charge.
To have your address information applied to a prior charge, please email your request to us via our Contact page and we will gladly apply the changes!
